• Maintenance Frequency: Maintenance valets are to be carried out once a month. If more than a month passes between appointments, an initial deep clean will be required before resuming the maintenance service.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you are unwell or unable to attend your confirmed booking. This allows us to adjust our schedule and reschedule your appointment within the same month.
• Condition Disclosure: If the condition of your vehicle has significantly deteriorated (e.g., excessive mud, dirt, or pet hair) and this was not communicated in advance, additional charges may apply as this can impact our schedule.
• Flexible Agreement: Our maintenance plans operate on a rolling agreement, and you are free to cancel at any time.
